Overview: Join for an engaging 2-hour in-person Working Genius workshop designed specifically for Executive Assistants in ministry and nonprofit settings. This workshop will provide you with a deep understanding of your working genius, practical tools to leverage your strengths, and valuable insights to enhance your effectiveness. Training Details: 1. Welcome and Introduction - Duration:15 minutes - Content: - Welcome remarks and introductions - Overview of the workshop agenda - Icebreaker activity to build rapport among participants . Understanding the Working Genius Model - Duration: 30 minutes - Content: - Introduction to the Working Genius model - Explanation of the six types of working genius - Identifying your working genius 3. Leveraging Your Working Genius - Duration:30 minutes - Content: - Practical strategies to leverage your strengths - Aligning your working genius with your role as an Executive Assistant - Case studies and real-life examples 4. Enhancing Team Collaboration - Duration: 30 minutes - Content: - Understanding the working genius of your team members - Strategies for improving team collaboration and communication - Tools for creating a more cohesive and productive work environment 5. Investment: $500 for the 2-hour workshop plus Working Genius Assesment ($25.00 per person)
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All sessions and group programs must be booked in advance. Your spot in a multi-week group (such as Rooted & Radiant or the EA Mastery Cohort) is confirmed once payment is received or a payment plan has been initiated. Cancellation: For group coaching programs (6-week format): – Due to the limited number of spots and high-touch nature of the program, all sales are final. – If a true emergency arises before the program begins, you may request to defer your enrollment to a future group round (subject to approval and availability). – No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has started. For 1:1 coaching sessions (including consultations or 2-hour sessions): – You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. – Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in the case of an emergency.
