Meet Dawn

I’m Dawn -- Christian speaker, author, and coach — shaped by more than 20 years in vocational ministry, serving senior leaders inside some of the largest and most influential churches in the country.

I’ve lived leadership from the inside. The pressure. The pace. The unseen weight. The holy moments that keep you steady and the hard seasons that test everything you believe.

I’m also an overcomer. I attended twelve schools, dropped out of high school, earned my GED, and completed my bachelor’s degree in Religion and Christian Counseling at 50. I know what it is to carry shame — and I know what it is to be rescued by grace.

I’m holy and hood — a lover of Scripture, grounded in truth, and unwilling to offer shallow encouragement. I write. I speak. I teach. I tell the truth about identity, leadership, calling, burnout, rebuilding, and the long obedience of faith.

My work is rooted in the Word, forged through real life, and delivered with grit, grace, and practical clarity that actually holds when life gets complicated.

What We Talk About

Real conversations. Long overdue. Always grounded in Biblical truth.

What Hosts & Attendees Say

Dawn brings such care and intention to her work. She is deeply present, thoughtful, and focused on the whole person. She’s both an encourager and an advocate, consistently helping you name what matters most and move toward it with confidence. Our retreat and coaching time felt purposeful, restorative, and truly formative. I can't recommend her enough.
