Costa Rica Retreat October 2025

In October 2025, a small group of women gathered in Costa Rica for a retreat intentionally designed to be slower, deeper, and more honest than most spaces allow.

The Rooted + Radiant Retreat was created for women in midlife who were tired of pushing through, holding it all together, and quietly running on empty — women who longed for space to breathe, listen, heal, and reconnect with God, themselves, and what was next.

Set in the lush beauty of Costa Rica, this retreat offered more than rest. It offered clarity.

Over the course of the week, we gathered for coaching sessions, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, quiet mornings, movement, prayer, laughter, and long exhale moments — the kind that are hard to find in everyday life.

This was not a packed schedule or a hustle-in-disguise retreat.

It was intentional.

Many women arrived exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. They left clearer, steadier, and more rooted — with language for what they were experiencing and tools to carry that clarity home.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

A core part of the Rooted + Radiant Retreat was dedicated one-on-one coaching.

Each woman received individual 1:1 time designed for reflection, discernment, and Spirit-led clarity. Working Genius Assessments and the READY Network Framework™ brought clarity.

These sessions weren’t rushed or formulaic. They created space to name what was surfacing, process what had been carried for a long time, and listen for what God was inviting next.

For many women, these conversations became a turning point — where clarity replaced noise and peace began to settle.

The retreat and coaching time with you in Costa Rica were truly life-changing for me. You create a space that is deeply prayerful, safe, and guided by the Spirit, where God is free to do the real work beneath the surface. What has stayed with me most is the lasting fruit — months later, I continue to live with a deep sense of peace that came from that time. It wasn’t just a retreat; it was a holy reset, and the grace from it has continued to unfold in my life.

Rooted + Radiant was never about escape.

This Costa Rica retreat marked the beginning of an ongoing rhythm of intentional, faith-filled retreats for midlife women — spaces where grit and grace are both welcome, and nothing needs to be fixed or forced.
