Description: This comprehensive 2-hour coaching session is designed to establish a strong foundation for the working relationship between a Senior Leader and their Executive Assistant (EA). Through the powerful Working Genius Assessment, you will uncover each other's unique strengths and preferences, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Session Includes: - Working Genius Assessment: Discover your natural talents and preferences to leverage your strengths effectively. - Roles and Responsibilities:Define the EA's role, understand the leader's needs, and align tasks accordingly. - Practical Strategies: Discuss time management, organization, delegation, and task management. - Q&A and Troubleshooting: Address concerns, challenges, and customize the approach. - Summary and Next Steps: Recap key points, provide feedback, and outline follow-up actions. Details: - Duration: 2 hours - Cost: $200 (plus any travel costs if incurred) - Format: Onsite (recommended) or virtual Booking: - Step 1:Complete the Working Genius Assessment prior to the session. (will receive via email after booking is paid and confirmed) -Step 2:Attend the 2-hour coaching meeting to explore how to work well together and address any challenges. Outcome: By the end of this session, you and your EA will have a clear understanding of how to collaborate efficiently, leveraging each other's strengths to drive the organization forward.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All sessions and group programs must be booked in advance. Your spot in a multi-week group (such as Rooted & Radiant or the EA Mastery Cohort) is confirmed once payment is received or a payment plan has been initiated. Cancellation: For group coaching programs (6-week format): – Due to the limited number of spots and high-touch nature of the program, all sales are final. – If a true emergency arises before the program begins, you may request to defer your enrollment to a future group round (subject to approval and availability). – No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has started. For 1:1 coaching sessions (including consultations or 2-hour sessions): – You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. – Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in the case of an emergency.
