I know because I’ve lived this work. I spent more than 20 years as an Executive Assistant in large, complex churches, working alongside senior leaders and experiencing firsthand what makes an Executive + EA partnership thrive — and what happens when communication, expectations, trust, or clarity start to break down. Today, I bring that experience to the EAs and leaders I coach. Whether you’re an Executive Assistant ready to become more strategic, confident, and effective, or an executive or church leader who knows the partnership with your EA could be working better, let’s talk. We’ll look at what’s working, where the gaps are, and what could change to create greater clarity, communication, efficiency, trust, and impact. And I’ve lived the “what’s next?” conversation too. I’ve reinvented myself, changed careers, gone back to school later in life, stepped away from roles that once defined me, and had to figure out what purpose and calling look like in a new season. So when I coach women navigating career transitions, leadership growth, calling, or simply wondering What now?, I’m not coaching from a textbook. I understand what it feels like to be standing in that in-between place. This 30-minute conversation isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a chance to talk honestly about where you are, where you want to go, and whether I’m the right person to help you get there.
