Lance Witt has been leading churches and organizations for over 40 years. He served as lead pastor for three different churches and spent seven years as an executive and teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California.

At Saddleback, Lance led the 40 Days of Purpose campaign, which was adopted by over 25,000 churches worldwide.

In 2007, Lance launched Replenish, a ministry dedicated to "Helping people live and lead from a healthy soul." Over the past 15 years, he has supported thousands of leaders through speaking engagements, personal coaching, LifePlanning, and writing books.

Lance and his best friend, Connie, have been married for 45 years. They have two grown children and four granddaughters, and their entire family lives in Castle Rock, Colorado.
